Patient - Doctor Relationship

Over the years technology seems to have surpassed talking with patients though the history and physical is still the most important first step in identifying the proper evaluation of a pulmonary problem.

I like to take time on the initial evaluation to get a good understanding of not just your pulmonary issues but other medical issues as these other issues may have an impact on your lungs.

We have implemented appropriate technology to enhance the patient-doctor relationship and communication. This includes a "patient portal" through our Electronic Medical Record program (Practice Fusion) and a new cloud based program AirView that can monitor sleep apnea and ventilator devices real-time.
